Bhadreshkumar Patel, accused of killing his wife in Hanover in 2015, was added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on Tuesday. An FBI spokesperson said that a $100,000 reward is offered.
On April 12, 2015, Patel and his wife, Palak, were working together on the night shift at a donut shop in Hanover, Maryland, when Patel took his wife’s life.
Anne Arundel County Police Detective Kelly Harding says the murder was caught on surveillance. According to Harding: “Palak was young, the scene was very brutal, and she died in a horrible way.”
FBI Special Agent Jonathan Shaffer said the next morning Patel “…gets in the hotel shuttle, where the driver takes him to Newark Penn Station. And at that point, we don’t know where he went.”
