Annapolis Rotary Announces World’s Largest Crab Feast

The Annapolis Rotary Club’s 72nd World’s Largest Crab Feast, its annual fundraising event, is set for 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis. Participants can enjoy large #1 male blue crabs steamed on site along with Maryland vegetable crab soup, sweet corn on the cob, BBQ sandwiches, watermelon, draft beer and assorted sodas and water. A bake sale and cake raffle finish the feast with sweetness. Tickets are $65 in advance and $75 at the gate, with children aged 3 to 12 admitted for $25. Last year the Club returned more than $69,000 to local nonprofits.
